The Well-read Naturalist: Prairie Spring

It was my great pleasure recently to review Prairie Spring, the latest published book of one of America’s great public naturalists, Pete Dunne, for one of America’s great bird watching periodicals,  Bird Watcher’s Digest.

The review can be found in the July / August 2009 issue, which is presently available wherever superior bird watching publications are sold.

    It was good but I liked Feather Quest better.

    I unsubbed from BWD moons ago, but this is a good reminder that I’ve yet to write my own review. I always enjoy Pete’s books and this was no exception.
