I remember my grandmother talking about all the birds-she knew what every bird looked like and all of their calls. She would have birds eating out of her hand. I am so sorry I didn't pay more attention then. I remember a few things that she said and it has helped me as I get more involved in birdwatching now. All the best in 2010. I understand how you feel.
